This is an easy, simple, and delicious brussel sprout recipe. These can be used as an appetizer or a side dish to any meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound brussel sprouts, ends trimmed and quartered
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tea lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- ½ cup pistachios
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients (EXCEPT the nuts).
- Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until Brussel sprouts are golden brown. Midway through baking time, add nuts and stir mixture.
- Cool and serve.
