This is a super easy veggie dish to add to any meal. Add some color and nutrients in with this simple side dish that takes minimal prep time.
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of asparagus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Wash asparagus and allow it to dry on a clean towel. Snap off ends and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the top and toss with hands to evenly coat.
- Bake for 15 minutes for asparagus that still has a crunch. Longer if you prefer it more cooked.
