This is such a great recipe! Thin breaded pork topped with a creamy lemon and caper sauce. This is another that is sure to impress.
Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup capers, drained and chopped
- 1 lemon, zested
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped flat leaf parsley
- ½ tea salt and pepper
Pork Milanese:
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tea onion powder
- 1 tea garlic powder
- 8 thin boneless pork chops
- EVOO
Ingredients:
- For the sauce: add all ingredients into medium bowl and set aside.
- For Pork Milanese: combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Crack eggs in separate bowl and lightly beat. In third dish, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Then dip each in the following order: flour then eggs then bread crumbs.
- Warm oil in skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot place breaded pork in pan and cool until golden and cooked through.
Yields: 8 pork chops Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes
