This is a simple appetizer that gets the protein content of your meal satisfied. So full of flavor and nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- ¼ cup cassava flour
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tea onion powder
- 1 tea garlic powder
- 1 tea turmeric
- ½ tea ground ginger
- ½ tea cayenne
Sauce ingredients:
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tea salt
- 1 tea garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with a cool rack inserted to allow fat renderings to drip down.
- Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix until incorporated.
- Shape balls to desired size and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, for sauce, mix all ingredients until combined in a small bowl.
- Cool meatballs for about 5 minutes then toss with sauce and serve.
