Meatballs with Sweet Balsamic Sauce

This is a simple appetizer that gets the protein content of your meal satisfied. So full of flavor and nourishing ingredients. 

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup cassava flour
  • 1 cup bone broth
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tea onion powder
  • 1 tea garlic powder
  • 1 tea turmeric
  • ½ tea ground ginger
  • ½ tea cayenne
Sauce ingredients:
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tea salt
  • 1 tea garlic powder
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with a cool rack inserted to allow fat renderings to drip down.
  2. Combine meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix until incorporated.
  3. Shape balls to desired size and place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, for sauce, mix all ingredients until combined in a small bowl.
  6. Cool meatballs for about 5 minutes then toss with sauce and serve.
