Simple, nutritious, and delicious. Broccoli is my go-to vegetable side dish in my home. My kids kinda like it and it is so easy to make. I keep it simple with just flavoring with butter, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients:
2 heads broccoli, stemmed and chopped
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.Place broccoli in a pot and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain water. Add butter, salt, and pepper and stir until butter is melted.
